Never get used to the things of God; always carry honor and respect for God and His things: place value on the vessels of God.
When Jesus came to His hometown, the people could not benefit from Him because of the spirit of familiarity. The environment was so hostile to the anointing of the Son of God because the hearts of men had no honour, reverence and respect.
There is a grace and special anointing that we all carry; that is why the Bible calls us, “…many members, yet one body.” 1 Corinthians 12:20
Don’t let the devil make you look down on any man or woman because that is not the heart of Jesus. We must cultivate our fields with agape because agape is the atmosphere through which heaven can find full expression.
The Bible says: And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold. (Matthew 24:12)
The moment your love begins to grow cold, Lucifer will begin to find access into your life. :
All the praying, fasting, giving, worship, etc., good as they are, if not done in love, lack weight. In other words, the impact of any sacrifices or activities not done in love is minimal. That is why Satan will fight so much to cause you to walk out of love.
Paul emphasized over and over again: Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself. (Philippians 2:3) Such is the mindset that will attract everything that God has for you.
Jesus said, “As the Father loved Me, I also have loved you; abide in My love. John 15:9
The love the Father loved Jesus with is the very love with which He wants you to love. Otherwise, gifts without love will destroy you.
However gifted and blessed you are, maintain the heart of love for God and fellow believers. Walk in love and watch God come through for you in a special way.
2 Corinthians 5:14-15
The reason we do what we do should not be out of obligation and duty but because of love.
Small and few as we are, the Lord has put a lot in us; the authority and grace on our lives are to ensure that this land, Uganda, walks and fulfils her mandate.
We are at the edge, and Lucifer knows there is nothing that he can do. Let us stay focused, keep our hearts on fire, walk in love, respect one another and hold each other in esteem.
Daniel 5
When King Belshazzar took the vessels that his father had taken from the temple and used them, a handwriting appeared on the wall and wrote “MENE, MENE, TEKEL, UPHARSIN.”
Then, the vessels were cups and plates, but today, the vessels are the people next to us. Treat people like Jesus would. Honour them.
May the love of God rule, and when it does, everything we need manifests because the love-ambience is the best environment in which God can move. Be love-conditioned, and all you need will fill your life.
