Ecclesiastes 3:1 To everything there is a season, A time for every purpose under heaven:

Everything has been timed by heaven and as long as you are under heaven, you must be conscious that there is a time and a season for everything.

Matthew 21:8-11 [8]And a very great multitude spread their clothes on the road; others cut down branches from the trees and spread them on the road. [9]Then the multitudes who went before and those who followed cried out, saying: “Hosanna to the Son of David! ‘Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord!’ Hosanna in the highest!”[10]And when He had come into Jerusalem, all the city was moved, saying, “Who is this?” [11]So the multitudes said, “This is Jesus, the prophet from Nazareth of Galilee.”

When Jesus entered Jerusalem, the whole city was moved. It was not the first time that Jesus went to Jerusalem but there was something different this time round: God had announced Him.

Even though Jesus knew that He was the Messiah, He didn’t manifest until it was time for Him. He spent thirty years preparing Himself and in three and a half years, He was done with His ministry.

Most of us have been frustrated not because we did not hear God but because we failed to discern the timing and season: we went after or before God and ended up making errors.

Ecclesiastes 3:11 He has made everything beautiful in its time…

May the Holy Spirit help us to discern the timing that we shall not go ahead or before God because the moment the timing is right, the results will be beautiful.

Psalms 90:12 TPT Help us to remember that our days are numbered, and help us to interpret our lives correctly. Set your wisdom deeply in our hearts so that we may accept your correction.

Correction from the Lord means direction: you can have the speed but speed in the wrong direction will not help you. That is why you need wisdom to know how and when (the time) (Isaiah 50:4).

Ephesians 1:17-18 that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of WISDOM and revelation in the KNOWLEDGE of Him,

Wisdom reveals to you the how and the when and when you have the revelation, you can not be envious and jealousy over other people because you know that we have different days of manifestation and it’s just a matter of timing, we shall all flourish.

There is a time for everyone to be announced. John the Baptist grew up in the family of priests but he had been called to be a prophet: he had to go to the wilderness until the time of His manifestation came (Matthew 3:1).

Read 2 Samuel 18:20-30

Ahimaaz had speed but zero message; speed over nothing brings frustration. May God give us the wisdom to discern the seasons that we may know when to appear and to disappear.
