“How-to” stands for wisdom.  The biggest challenge for many of us is how we go about things; we know what and where to go but we do not know how. Wisdom reveals the how-to.

Proverbs 4:7 Wisdom is the principal thing; Therefore get wisdom. And in all your getting, get understanding.

Ecclesiastes 10:15 The labor of fools wearies them, For they do not even know HOW TO go to the city!

John 6:5-6 Then Jesus lifted up His eyes, and seeing a great multitude coming toward Him, He said to Philip, “Where shall we buy bread, that these may eat?” But this He said to test him, for He Himself KNEW what He would do.

Jesus was never stranded because He operated by the wisdom of God.

It is impossible to fail if you operate by the wisdom of God: that is the formula to being the best.

Acts 6:10 And they were not able to resist the wisdom and the Spirit by which he spoke.

There is a wisdom that comes upon a believer and cannot be resisted by men. Go after it and pay whatever price it takes because when it comes into your life, it can never be the same (Proverbs 3:13-15).

Mark 6:2 And when the Sabbath had come, He began to teach in the synagogue. And many hearing Him were astonished, saying, “Where did this Man get these things? And what WISDOM is this which is GIVEN to Him, that such mighty works are performed by His hands!

Jesus was not born with this wisdom; it was just given to Him. Wisdom does not just reveal herself to everyone, you must place a demand.

There is specific/unique wisdom designed for everyone and unless you find it, you operate like a mere man (Psalms 82:6-7).

Thank God for the educational background, connections, etc; all those are good but you need wisdom that comes from heaven because that is what distinguishes men.

1 Kings 3:7,9 Now, O Lord my God, You have made Your servant king instead of my father David, but I am a little child; I do not KNOW HOW to go out or come in.

Therefore, give to Your servant an UNDERSTANDING heart to judge Your people, that I may discern between good and evil. For who is able to judge this great people of Yours?”

Solomon asked for understanding: he did not know how to.

You can also ask for wisdom and understanding (how to) because that is what distinguishes men.
