THE RELEVANCE OF OUR FELLOWSHIP WITH GOD

Sep 30, 2025

“Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses… who is a type of Him who was to come. But the free gift is not like the offense… much more the grace of God and the gift by the grace of the one Man, Jesus Christ, abounded to many.” Romans 5:14-15 (NKJV)

There are pillars in our Christian life we must never compromise—chief among them are our relationship and fellowship with God. Without them, everything else begins to collapse.

Satan knows this. His strategy is to study people through familiar spirits, searching for ways to interfere with these divine pillars. Once your fellowship with God is broken, your authority is weakened, your influence in the Kingdom fades, and you become vulnerable.

From the beginning, man was created to walk in dominion, but this dominion only functions under submission and alignment with God. (Genesis 1:28-29) When Adam fell, humanity lost that place. But through Jesus—the last Adam—we have been restored and empowered with grace and authority.

Still, we cannot overcome the enemy in our own strength. It takes the Holy Spirit, and we must remain humble and alert. Confidence in God should never turn into spiritual arrogance.

This is why fellowship goes beyond just a relationship. Fellowship is about daily communion, obedience, and intimacy. It is our protection, strength, and stability. Disobedience breaks the hedge—and when the hedge is broken, the serpent bites. (Ecclesiastes 10:8) When our fellowship with Jesus is interrupted, we become prey. Outside of Christ, we destroy ourselves.

True fellowship is sustained by prayer and the Word. These are not optional spiritual disciplines—they are lifelines. Prayer is where we receive God’s life and strength, while the Word keeps us grounded and aligned with His will. Together, they ignite the fire on our altar and keep it burning. Before ministry, church, or even family, our lives must be rooted in these two. The enemy targets them first because he knows that when they are weakened, the believer falls.

Challenges will come, but when you’re full of God, they cannot bring you down. With God, all things are possible.

Pearl of Wisdom: Fellowship with God is a vital part of the Christian walk. The enemy will do everything to disrupt it, so guard it diligently. Keep the fire on your altar burning.

Prayer:

Lord, we have missed it—but we return to You. Stir up our altars again. Please help us create an atmosphere to host your presence. Amen.

STAY BLESSED AND HIGHLY FAVORED. WE LOVE YOU.
