THE POWER OF ONENESS IN THE BODY OF CHRIST

Aug 12, 2025

1 Corinthians 12:13 – “For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body—whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or free—and have all been made to drink into one Spirit.”

The fall of the first Adam brought bondage to creation, but through the second Adam, Jesus Christ, restoration is possible. As sons of God, we must take up our positions and walk as children of light, shining in a dark world. This requires us to die to self, serve our generation, and prioritise unity.

By embracing oneness in Christ, dying to selfish ambitions, serving our generation with purpose, and recognising the collective power of the body, we can walk in the power of oneness and serve our generation with purpose and passion.

As believers, we must fight the “I” if we need God’s involvement in what we do and strive to be united in Christ, forming one body. God doesn’t involve Himself in selfish ambitions and projects. By this, we manifest our sonship easily.

This oneness transcends our differences, and we are called to manifest our sonship as sons of God by dying to selfish ambitions and embracing God’s purposes. When we prioritise unity and serve our generation, we reflect God’s glory and restore creation.

Prayer: Dear Lord, help me to understand the power of oneness in the body of Christ. Give me the grace to die to selfish ambitions and to serve our generation. Help me to prioritise unity and to seek Your purposes above my own. May I walk as a child of light, reflecting Your glory and restoring creation. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

STAY BLESSED AND HIGHLY FAVORED, WE LOVE YOU.
