Acts 1:4 And being assembled together with [them,] He commanded them not to depart from Jerusalem, but to wait for the Promise of the Father, “which,” [He said,] “you have heard from Me.

Jesus told His disciples to wait for the Holy Spirit because no man would ever desire them if they were not dressed up with the Holy Spirit. It is Him alone who beautifies us and makes us attractive.

Heaven is calling us individually and as a body to fall on our faces and cry for the Holy Spirit to fall upon us.

Exodus 33:15 Then he said to Him, “If Your Presence does not go [with us,] do not bring us up from here.

Many of us have taken strides without the instructions of the Holy Spirit. However, it is one thing to merely say something and another to speak it from a place of knowing.

Micah 2:10 ” Arise and depart, For this [is] not [your] rest; Because it is defiled, it shall destroy, Yes, with utter destruction.

We have settled in a place where God has not called us. We therefore, must arise, go higher, spread our wings in prayer, sincere repentance and brokenness, to allow the Holy Spirit to carry us to a place where He wants us to be.

While my eyes have seen and my ears heard the wickedness in the nations, what the church has now cannot match that level of wickedness. That is why we must return to the one who calls light out of the darkness.

Genesis 1:2 The earth was without form, and void; and darkness [was] on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters.

Are you filled up with logic, religion and traditions that there is no room for the Holy Spirit to move?

Clean up, and rid yourself of everything you have filled your life with, to make room in your house, family and church for the Holy Spirit to move. When He begins to move, every word that has been spoken will begin to find manifestation for it is Him who takes the word and makes it tangible in our lives.

John 16:12-13 “I still have many things to say to you, but you cannot bear [them] now. However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own [authority,] but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come.

Who is the Holy Spirit to you? Is He just a mere experience? Have you silenced His voice in your heart many times?

Church, there is no substitute for the Holy Spirit. There has to be a brokenness, a sincere longing in our hearts for the Holy Spirit not limiting Him to a few things but allowing Him to do all He wants to do in our lives.
