The greatest treasure of this ministry is the presence of God. I don’t know about you but nothing gives me peace, confidence, and wholeness like His presence because that is the ultimate answer to every question.

The presence of God is in diverse dimensions but for every level that you ascend, there is a price to pay.

Genesis 3:8 And they heard the sound of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God among the trees of the garden.

The greatest treasure that Adam and Eve had in the Garden of Eden was the presence of God which was manifested as the voice of the Lord. That was everything to them and the day they lost that treasure, the Garden of Eden became meaningless.

It is the presence of the Lord that gives meaning to anything in our lives. When we capture this truth in our hearts, we will begin to experience deeper dimensions of this presence in the body of Christ.

Matthew 6:9 In this manner, therefore, pray: Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your name.

Prayer is all about relating with the Father (God). We are here to bring heaven on earth and the only way we can do this is by creating an atmosphere where heaven can find manifestation in our meetings and lives.

There is much that happens when the presence of the Holy Spirit invades an environment that no amount of words can do it. The church of Christ must shift back to that place where our desire and longing is after the presence of God.

Psalms 42:1-2 As the deer pants for the water brooks, So pants my soul for You, O God. My soul thirsts for God, for the living God. When shall I come and appear before God?

David sustained a heart dimension that always longed for God. That is what distinguished him. By the time God comes and says, “I have found a man after my own heart”, it means there was consistency about him. (Acts 13:22)

That is my desire for each one of us; it is a practice and we must be intentional, deliberate, and determined about it.

Psalms 63:1-2 O God, You [are] my God; Early will I seek You; My soul thirsts for You; My flesh longs for You In a dry and thirsty land Where there is no water. So I have looked for You in the sanctuary, To see Your power and Your glory.

David was fasting because he longed and thirsted for God. This must come back to the body of Christ where our fasting, prayers, coming to church, etc. are not for breakthroughs or receiving a new sermon but to experience His fellowship at a deeper dimension.

Be like John the Beloved who found a place in the bosom of Jesus while the rest of the disciples were just in his circle (John 13:23). There is something that you have to do to experience that level of proximity where you can hear the heartbeat of Jesus.

Isaiah 55:1 “Ho! Everyone who thirsts, Come to the waters; And you who have no money, Come, buy and eat. Yes, come, buy wine and milk Without money and without price.

What is that which we buy without money? It cannot be food; it must be something not physical. The currency is your hunger, thirst, and desire for the Holy Spirit and when you get that, it sorts everything out.

The only way we are going to rise above the evil we see today is by becoming carriers of the manifest presence of the Holy Spirit.

Genesis 1:2 The earth was without form and void; and darkness [was] on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters.

It is the Spirit of the Lord that brought restoration and realignment on earth. Your life will be restored the moment the Holy Spirit is allowed to move in it because He is the one who brings us to that place of fellowship and as you fellowship with Him, you are transformed: He takes away what is of men, and what is of God is added onto you.

In May, we must go to a level of deeper fellowship with God. Let us all attempt to take our fellowship with the Master to a level we have never seen before.
