Genesis 1:6-8

Heaven doesn’t simply refer to where God sits but it means height and it has layers; that is to say, the first, second, and third heaven.

We live in-between the heaven and the earth and when you pass from the first heaven, you enter the second and then the third. The third heaven is also known as paradise and it contains over two hundred angels.

Is this all?

Jude.1.1-3 …….Beloved, while I was very diligent to write to you concerning our common salvation, I found it necessary to write to you exhorting you to contend earnestly for the faith which was once for all delivered to the saints. (NKJV)

Contending for the faith means growing in the faith. Becoming born-again is a door but after you enter in, you must navigate your way.

It starts by believing, you get saved and after you grow until you are exposed to the God of this salvation. The goal is that we may know Him (John 8:56-58, John 17:3).

There are more books written in the Bible that we do not know. (Numbers 21:14, Joshua 10:13, 2Sam 1:18).

Jude 1:14 Now ENOCH, the seventh from Adam, prophesied about these men also, saying, “Behold, the Lord comes with ten thousands of His saints

Where did Jude find Enoch’s prophecies that he would write about them? He was a student of Enoch.

Gen.1.26 Then God said, “LET US make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” (NKJV)

God spoke to the sons of heaven; “Let US make man…” (Gen 1:26).

When He finished forming the body, He breathed into his nostrils as they watched. (Gen 2:7).

He then commanded the angels (hosts of heaven) to minister to him (Heb 1:4).

When the angels saw how God lavished His love on man, they kept wondering to themselves, ” What is man that you are mindful of him, And the son of man that you visit him?” (Psalms 8:3-4).

You must notice that Satan was a cherub. The epitome of beauty of God’s creation.

(Ezekiel 28:12)

God had sealed Satan with all perfection.  He was full of wisdom and beauty and used to dwell in Eden.

Though satan is a cherubim, he is not the only one. There are others with these attributes as shown in Ezekiel 10:3-20:

Each has four faces that is; the eagle, man, lion, and that of cherub. This means that cherubims do not turn while moving but they can move in all directions because they are all seeing.

When Satan fell, he fell with all his cherubim attributes and abilities from heaven; He can still mount up as an eagle (Matthew 4:5), he can still roar (1 Peter 5:8), he can still become like a man by entering the body of a human being and using it. That is why he is able to cause Christians to fall from glory.

Satan is full of wisdom; so you are fighting a being that is full of wisdom.

Ezekiel 28:12-15

When satan saw man replacing him in Eden, he became jealous and rebelled and war broke out in heaven. (Rev 12:7-12).

He was then cast down from Heaven to the earth. That is why the Bible says;

Therefore rejoice, O heavens, and you who dwell in them! Woe to the inhabitants of the earth and the sea! For the devil has come down to you, having great wrath, because he knows that he has a short time.” Revelation 12:12 (NKJV)

Time came and God wanted to save His people. He then sent Jesus who died and resurrected and called people out of darkness into His light. (1Peter 2:9).

When Jesus was resurrected, He went back to His throne and sat with the Father.

God now speaks to us through His Son Jesus Christ that He may take us to heaven to be with Him. (Hebrews 1:2).

Therefore do not allow anything, not even fallen angels to make you miss your place in heaven.
