Matthew 21:18-21 – So Jesus answered and said to them, “Assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but also if you say to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ it will be done.”

Whatever you speak in faith finds manifestation in your life. The Bible encourages us to have faith in God because without faith, it is impossible to please Him. Every attack satan throws at you is aimed at making you lose your faith—but be like Job, though he lost everything, he never lost his faith.

You keep your faith in God by keeping His Word in your mouth, in your mind, and in your heart. Even when nothing makes sense, stay with the Word because it never fails. It is the Word which God gave you that will bail you out of any situation.

Joseph passed through various trials that one would think his dreams would never come to pass. Scripture tells us in Psalm 105:19 that the Word of the Lord tried Joseph until his time came. God does not lie—He keeps His Word. Hold on to His Word! If there is anything you must doubt, doubt yourself, not God.

Keep your eyes on the One who spoke, because change is coming. Scripture tells us in Jonah 2:8: “Those who regard worthless idols forsake their own Mercy.” Anything that is not consistent with what God has spoken is a lying vanity; pay no attention to it.

Keep in prayer, for our God answers prayers. No one has ever poured out their heart wholeheartedly before Him and walked away the same, and you will not be the first. Have faith in God— don’t let go. Keep trusting, keep holding, keep looking to Him.

No matter what is happening in your life, the whole story will end in your favour, as long as you keep your faith in God. Faith is the hand that receives what God has already given us in His Word.

Pearl of Wisdom:
Faith does not deny reality; it looks beyond reality to the unfailing Word of God.

Prayer
Father, I thank You for Your unfailing Word. Strengthen my faith so that I may stand firm in every season of life. Help me to hold on to Your promises without wavering, knowing that You are faithful to perform what You have spoken. In Jesus’ mighty Name, Amen.
