The highest altar that has ever been raised on the surface of the earth is the cross.

“Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them: ‘When any one of you brings an offering to the Lord, you shall bring your offering of the livestock—of the herd and the flock. ‘If his offering is a burnt sacrifice of the herd, let him offer a male without blemish; he shall offer it of his own free will at the door of the tabernacle of meeting before the Lord. Then he shall put his hand on the head of the burnt offering, and it will be accepted on his behalf to make atonement for him. Leviticus 1:2-4

They had to look for a lamb that was without blemish. They didn’t inspect the person who brought the lamb but the lamb itself.

That is exactly what the Father does when we come in His name. He doesn’t look at us but at the lamb, Jesus Christ!.

1 Peter 1:19 But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and spot.

God doesn’t inspect you but Jesus. Whenever He is accepted, your prayers have also been accepted.

*By which He made us accepted in the Beloved. Ephesians 1:7

God doesn’t look at you, He looks at Jesus. You are in Him.

That’s why when you sing about the cross, you can never stop flowing with gratitude because it is from it that we can stand before the Father. It is the only reason why we pray, “IN THE NAME OF JESUS!”.

When you pray, it’s no longer you praying but Jesus. That’s why faith ceases to be an issue if you have this knowledge about the cross.

If the Father sees Jesus in you, no prayer can be denied because it is no longer about you but the Jesus in you.

That is our confidence as we stand before the Father. Before we even ask, the prayer is already answered in Him.

 2 Corinthians 1:20

For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us.

It is already a ‘Yes’ before you even pray.

You are only confirming in prayer what Jesus did two thousand years ago.

Your confidence and boldness should not be based on how you feel but on the acceptance of the sacrifice of Christ by the Father.

Jesus rose from the dead to make a point that His sacrifice for our sins was accepted. It is in Him that we stand as we seek God’s face.

God can not say no to you. Saying no means that He has rejected the sacrifice of His Son.

He is faithful and just… 1 John 1:9

God can not deny the sacrifice of His son.

Hebrews 4:16 Let us, therefore, come boldly to the throne of grace,…

Boldness and courage come from the cross.

Every time the devil whispers to you, remind him that it was taken care of at the cross, not by your sacrifice but by the blood of Jesus.

Revelation 12:11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony,…

Overcome whatever is harassing and disturbing you by lifting the blood of Jesus.

You lift the blood through confession (The word of our testimony).

Genesis 4:8,10 Now Cain talked with Abel his brother; and it came to pass, when they were in the field, that Cain rose against Abel his brother, and killed him. And He said, “What have you done? The voice of your brother’s blood cries out to Me from the ground.

The voice was Abel’s blood seeking vengeance.

If the blood of Abel could speak, how much more does the blood of Jesus speak for you in the presence of God?

Hebrews 12:22 But you have come to Mount Zion…

Hebrews 12:24 To Jesus the Mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling that speaks better things than that of Abel.

The blood speaks victory over whatever is confronting you. Prayer means coming into agreement with what Jesus did for you at Calvary.

Hebrews 13:8 Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.

Exodus 3:14 And God said to Moses, “I AM WHO I AM.”

God is the same yesterday, now, and tomorrow.

This implies that the cross is timeless. What Jesus did for you at the cross erases your past and also goes into your future and prepares it for you.

Every time you understand this truth, there is no condemnation.

Romans 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus,..

Strength is not in how you feel but in the sacrifice of Jesus Christ at the cross.

Revelation 5:1,3,6 And I saw in the right hand of Him who sat on the throne a scroll written inside and on the back, sealed with seven seals. And no one in heaven or on the earth or under the earth was able to open the scroll or to look at it. Behold, in the midst of… stood a Lamb as though it had been slain,

It has been sealed and no one, not even witchcraft can stop it.

You overcome, rise, and conquer through the finished work of Christ by the blood.

Zechariah 9:12 Return to the stronghold, You prisoners of hope.

The stronghold is the blood of Jesus and nothing under the sun can dislodge you from it if you have it.

May you release your confidence, trust, and faith in the blood of Jesus tonight.
