ENGAGING GOD ON A PLATFORM OF PRAYER BY FAITH

Jun 20, 2025

2 Corinthians 9:8 And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work.

By faith, we walk into the realities of whatever the grace of God has made available for us. As believers, we are blessed with every spiritual blessing in heavenly places. But if we do not apply faith to these blessings, they remain on paper, resulting in good confession without manifestation, not that what Jesus paid for was not real.

However, God has made provision in His Word, providing means to tap into these spiritual realities.

Romans 10:6 But the righteousness of faith speaks in this way,…

Faith speaks; we believe in our hearts and speak with our mouths. The realities that Christ paid for must be believed and spoken of if we want to see them manifested in the physical.

One way to exercise faith is through continuous heartfelt prayer. Through this avenue, we gain the authority to translate spiritual blessings into material ones—this is the protocol of the Kingdom.

Therefore, you must position yourselves to remind God, not because He has forgotten, but to align yourselves with the truth that the God who made the promise does not lie and will fulfil His Word. (Exodus 2:23-25, Daniel 9:1-3)

1 Kings 18:36-46, 1 Samuel 3

The decadence we see today is because our altars are cold. In the days of Elijah, after the destruction of the altar, Jezebel and all forms of satanic activities took over Israel. In the days of Samuel, when the candle of the Lord was burning out in Israel, all the sons of Eli had given themselves to wickedness.

The above scriptures teach us that where prayer or the altar life is neglected, Satan’s work begins to talk louder, whether in your life, workplace or in the church.

A prayerless believer will live a carnal life that looks like a non-believer. Satan somehow has succeeded in drawing many people out of the place of prayer because he knows that when the church prays, heaven will kiss the earth. (Matthew 6:9)

Luke 11:5-8
Persistence is one of the virtues or characteristics of faith. Just as the man persisted because he knew his friend had the bread, we too must hold fast to God’s Word, knowing Christ has already paid for all we need—faith demands that we persist until we see the manifestation.

If things are not working perfectly, get on your knees and engage God in heartfelt, persistent prayer. Demand the Word and what Jesus did for you, whether your healing, deliverance, prosperity, work, family, etc., on the platform of prayer and ask Him to restore you.
