Luke 19.1-4 [1] Then Jesus entered and passed through Jericho. [2] Now behold, there was a man named Zacchaeus who was a chief tax collector, and he was rich.[3] And he sought to see who Jesus was, but could not because of the crowd, for he was of short stature. [4] So he ran ahead and climbed up into a sycamore tree to see Him, for He was going to pass that way.

Zacchaeus was one of the wealthiest men but he ran ahead of Jesus: he left his house and climbed a tree to see Jesus.

Do you want to see Jesus? Are you willing to put aside whatever makes you important in the eyes of men just because you want to touch Jesus?

Luke 19:5 And when Jesus came to the place, He looked up and saw him, and said to him, “Zacchaeus, make haste and come down, for today I must stay at your house.”

Jesus didn’t know Zaccheus but there was something inside Him that stirred up the giftings of the Lord. All that Zacchaeus did was to climb the tree.

Luke 19.6-9 [6] So he made haste and came down, and received Him joyfully. [7] But when they saw it, they all complained, saying, “He has gone to be a guest with a man who is a sinner.”[8] Then Zacchaeus stood and said to the Lord, “Look, Lord, I give half of my goods to the poor; and if I have taken anything from anyone by false accusation, I restore fourfold.” [9] And Jesus said to him, “Today SALVATION has come to this house, because he also is a son of Abraham;

Life is not about materialistic wealth; Zacchaeus had all that but he needed the life of God.

Luke.8.43-44 [43] Now a woman, having a flow of blood for twelve years, who had spent all her livelihood on physicians and could not be healed by any, came from behind and touched the border of His garment. And immediately her flow of blood stopped.

This woman was so determined: she had moved from one crusade, church, conference, seminar, etc. to another and she had failed all those times but she didn’t give up.

Read Mark.10.46-48

Bartimaeus had been blind for years and needed an answer and when the answer was passing by, he was told to shut up but he refused to give up.

Read 2 Kings 5:1-14

When Naaman went to the prophet to receive healing, it didn’t come to him the way he was expecting. You must be open-hearted whenever you go to the house of the Lord.

Be real because the Holy Spirit is the spirit of truth and if you do not walk in truth, He will not help you.

Naaman had to strip off his titles and accept to be healed because titles do not work in the presence of God. You must be real in the presence of God and that is how you will be able to walk out with the greatest miracles.
