There are four different types of love that are; Eros, Philia, Storge, and Agape.

Agape is the God kind of love: It does well without any expectation in return; You love because it is part of you.

Ephesians 3:17-19 that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what [is] the width and length and depth and height— to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.

The love of God is beyond human comprehension and it is revealed to us through the sacrifice of His son Jesus Christ. That is one of the reasons that the Holy Spirit was sent to live in us; To enable us to comprehend some of these virtues of God that cannot be conceived by the human mind but only understood by the heart (Romans 5:5).

You have heard me say this over and over again, ” The greatest security of a believer is in knowing, believing, and understanding how much God loves them “.

God is not power, anointing or what people think He is. God is love. In the realms of men, dominion, rulership, and kingship is an expression of power but in the kingdom of God, everything is based on love. (1 John 4:8)

Love never fails. But whether [there are] prophecies, they will fail; whether [there are] tongues, they will cease; whether [there is] knowledge, it will vanish away 1 Corinthians 13:8

All things will come to an end but faith, hope, and love will stand and the greatest of these is love (1 Corinthians 13:13). It is by love that we walk into eternity.

Can God manifest His love through you to somebody this Easter season?

We are in a generation where everyone is demanding their rights: Everything we do is in expectation of what shall be done to us in return, and that is why there is a lot of meanness among us. We have not allowed the love of God to overwhelm us.

John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

Why do you give? Why do you serve? Why do you do what you do? Why do we come here every 10 pm to pray with you? Is it a show-off or love? What compels us?

People do things for diverse reasons but the reason that will always tick before the Lord is ‘ Being Love-driven’.

We must examine ourselves every day whether it is love driving us or something else. Sometimes we begin well but along the way, something else sets in and we are off (Galatians 4:19).

Revelation 2:3-4 and you have persevered and have patience, and have labored for My name’s sake and have not become weary. Nevertheless I have [this] against you, that you have left your first love.

There are so many people doing the works of God but without loving Him: Some for money, some for a show, and others because there is no alternative but there are those who just love the Master and they will do it at whatever cost.

The latter is the cry of the Father to every one of us. As we remember the sacrifice of the Lord Jesus, let us visit our hearts and see whether what we are doing is still love compelled or something else has taken over.

I pray that this Easter season will bring a revival of God’s love in us because that is the only way we will be able to bless people in this kingdom.
