Genesis 8.22 “While the earth remains, Seedtime and harvest, Cold and heat, Winter and summer, And day and night Shall not cease.” (NKJV)

John 3:31 He who comes from above is above all; he who is of the earth is earthly and speaks of the earth. He who comes from heaven is above all.

As believers, there is an aspect of our lives that should always take advantage of the natural laws because though seasons come and go, we must be aware of the God factor in our lives.

There is a God factor that distinguishes us from people who do not know Christ as their Lord. However; to be governed by this God factor, our lives must be regulated by God’s laws (His Word and the voice of the Holy Spirit in our hearts).

2 Peter 1.4 by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature…

The promises of God introduce us to another aspect of God. We begin to share in His divinity but to be able to activate these promises, we must function by God’s protocols.

The mere fact that we have the divine dimension is not a guarantee that we shall manifest it. God’s Word and the voice of the Holy Spirit in our hearts must regulate our lives for us to enjoy this divine dimension.

God left heaven and sat in our hearts to find expression through our lives. There are things that must happen in your life to show that you are a carrier of Divinity.

John 2:1-10

Jesus was there but He was just another ordinary guest until they ran out of wine. Because of Mary’s knowledge about Him, she ordered the servants to do whatever He told them to do, and they were able to enjoy a miracle; the water was suddenly turned into wine. When God touches what is of you, it becomes supernatural.

Matthew 8.24-25 [24] And suddenly a great tempest arose on the sea, so that the boat was covered with the waves. But He was asleep. [25] Then His disciples came to Him and awoke Him, saying, “Lord, save us! We are perishing!”[26] But He said to them, “Why are you fearful, O you of little faith?” Then He arose and rebuked the winds and the sea, and there was a great calm. [27] So the men marveled, saying, “Who can this be, that even the winds and the sea obey Him?”

The disciples, being fishermen, were used to the storms on the sea but it was until they came to the conclusion that this was not usual that they cried out for the Lord’s help and saw a dimension of Jesus they had never seen before.

When Jesus calmed down the storm, they asked themselves; ” Who can this be…?”

Since you are born again, that is what should be asked of you, but you must let the laws of God regulate and govern your life in order to invoke that God’s side in your life.

As long as your life is not governed by the Word of God and the voice of the Holy Spirit, prayer, fasting, and giving will not make you more spiritual but a religious man.

John 14:16 AMPC And I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Comforter (Counselor, Helper, Intercessor, Advocate, Strengthener, and Standby), that He may remain with you forever.

The Holy Spirit is the standby: If you have exhausted all that you have and know, He takes over.

Have you witnessed Him in your life as the Counselor, Helper, Intercessor, Advocate, Strengthener, and Standby? If you are not witnessing His ministry in your life then you are not governed by the laws of God. How much of God do you want to see in your life?

You must make up your mind to be governed by the laws of God because you are no longer your own; you have a boss / Master who governs you but He can only be if you allow Him.

John 14:15 The proof of your love in this kingdom is obedience to God’s Word and the voice of the Holy Spirit.

Psalms 106:6: If you truly love God, you must live a repentant life.

1 Corinthians 10:1-14: If you want to experience God’s influence in your life, you need to walk in and be governed by the fear of God. You cannot live anyhow. Desist from sexual immorality, grumbling and complaining.

You cannot do it on your own, please invite the Holy Spirit to help you; He will not allow temptation to come your way that is beyond what you can bear.
