ALIGNMENT WITH THE GODHEAD

Dec 30, 2025

Below are some of the things that you need to do to stay aligned with the Godhead;

1. PUT THE WORD IN YOUR HEART.

James 1:25 But he who looks into the perfect law of liberty and continues in it, and is not a forgetful hearer but a doer of the work, this one will be blessed in what he does.

We must desire, thirst and yearn for the Word of God because it is God’s Word that shows us who we are.

As we constantly meditate and speak the Word, our spiritual antenna gets realigned, and before we know it, we are trapped in Heaven’s frequency, and the voice of God comes to us. (Joshua 1:8)

Our assignment and calling are locked up in God’s Word, not necessarily only the Bible, which is a tool that trains us to discern what God is saying, but also all the speakings of the Holy Spirit. We can never manifest destiny unless we tune our ears and tap into what the Spirit is saying and implement it. (1 Corinthians 2:9)

If you do not seek alignment with God, you will have numerous struggles. The help of God is only available to men and women who have tapped into the speakings of God about their lives and begin to run and work with it.

In John 5:19, Jesus exemplifies for us the life of spiritual men: He was in sync with another world where His Father is domiciled. He never lived by bread alone but by every Word that was spoken to Him by His Father. May God open our eyes to see and ears to hear!

2. DEVELOP A HEART OF GRATITUDE

1 Thessalonians 5:18 In everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.

God’s will for our lives is to give thanks. One of the ways we can give thanks to God is through giving testimonies. Holding back a testimony denies God the glory, whereas giving it exalts Him and realigns us to His will and path ordained for us, in case we are going astray.

3. CORRECT TIMING

Ecclesiastes 3:1,11 [1] To everything there is a season, A time for every purpose under heaven:… [11] He has made everything beautiful in its time…

Timing in God’s Kingdom is key. However, many people are concerned with a purpose other than timing, forgetting that God has a time for everything.

Gehazi, in 2 Kings 5, got leprosy from Naaman because he stepped out of his time. Everything has its own time under the sun; don’t step out before your time and or step out too late.

Another example is the sons of Issachar in 1 Chronicles 12:32, who understood the times: they knew what and when to be done. If those who were in the Old Testament had an understanding of the times and seasons, then we in the New Testament should do better because we have the Holy Spirit inside us.

4. PERSISTENCE

1 Kings 18:41-44 [41] Then Elijah said to Ahab, “Go up, eat and drink; for there is the sound of abundance of rain.”…[43] and said to his servant, “Go up now, look toward the sea.” So he went up and looked, and said, “There is nothing.” And seven times he said, “Go again.” [44] Then it came to pass the seventh time, that he said, “There is a cloud, as small as a man’s hand, rising out of the sea!” So he said, “Go up, say to Ahab, “Prepare your chariot, and go down before the rain stops you.”‘

Elijah had to pray seven times before the cloud appeared. He had heard the sound of abundance, but he persisted until he saw.

We can never win or go far in God if we aren’t persistent. Persistence is a proof of our faith, confidence and love for God. If we don’t learn to be persistent, we shall end up giving up on our dreams and live ordinarily.
