ACKNOWLEDGING THE MERCIES OF GOD

Mar 1, 2024

Lamentations 3:22-23 [Through] the LORD’s mercies we are not consumed, Because His compassions fail not. [They are] new every morning; Great [is] Your faithfulness.

The greatest display of mercy and grace was on the cross: Jesus took my place and yours that we may take His place. The Father turned away from Him such that you and I may be accepted (Matthew 27:46).

It was on the cross that mercy held on and we are here today because Jesus said; “I will not let them go”. Mercy has brought us here, kept and preserved us. Oh, what mercy and grace is this!

Hebrews 10:10 By that will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once] [for all.]

I pray that you will have a deeper revelation and understanding of this Mercy. Much as we practice these spiritual realities, let us know that had it not been for the rejection of Christ on the cross, we would not be here.

No matter what we did, the only entry point into life, light, and this kingdom is great mercy.

Galatians 1:13-15 [13]For you have heard of my former conduct in Judaism, how I persecuted the church of God beyond measure and [tried to] destroy it…[15] But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother’s womb and called [me] through His grace,

Paul said; “I became an example that when men look at me, they can be encouraged that the mercies of God can turn the devil’s best weapon into God’s best asset”.

May we learn to appreciate, acknowledge, and walk in that mercy. We cannot, but walk in all that Christ paid for us: to enjoy the fullness and take advantage of all the inheritance in the cross that belongs to you.

Psalms 51:1 Have mercy upon me, O God, According to Your lovingkindness; According to the multitude of Your tender mercies, Blot out my transgressions.

Matthew 20:30 And behold, two blind men sitting by the road, when they heard that Jesus was passing by, cried out, saying, “Have mercy on us, O Lord, Son of David!”

David understood the mercies of God more than any other patriarchs in the bible which is why God patterns His son after him. Jesus calls Himself the son of David not even the son of Abraham and He calls His mercy the sure mercies of David (Acts 13:33-34).

May the Lord by His grace and mercy cause you to walk in the fullness of your inheritance.

STAY BLESSED AND HIGHLY FAVORED, WE LOVE YOU.
