James 5:14 Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord.

There are two anointings that we need in our walk with God: anointing for deliverance and anointing for possession. This means that it is not enough to be delivered but also to possess that which we have been delivered into.

One of the mega aspects of possession is Heartfelt, continuous, persistent, and resilient pushing through prayer. Not every prayer brings results.

Wherever God has placed you, He wants you to represent Him there; all you need to do is to exercise your faith by making the prayer of faith. (John 5:15)

What is Prayer of Faith?

Luke 18:1-8 … [7-8] And shall God not avenge His own elect who cry out day and night to Him, though He bears long with them? I tell you that He will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will He really find faith on the earth?”

One of the attributes of a prayer of faith is the aspect of day and night, it is not an ‘amen’ life. It does not lose heart but consistently keeps you praying making you a praying engine.

It is all about stirring yourself and beginning to call on His name. However, you must be deliberate and intentional about making time to stay longer in the place of prayer to get the results.

The longer you stay with the Master, the more you become like Him and the more of Him you will manifest wherever He has placed you. (Isaiah 64:7)

It doesn’t matter what your situation is, Jesus uses an example of a widow who had lost everything including her children, husband and things but still shows us that He avenged her.

James 5:16 … The earnest (heartfelt, continued) prayer of a righteous man makes tremendous power available [dynamic in its working]. (AMPC)

Your heart must be in the prayer as you push through. Each one of us can generate tremendous power for anything we are dealing with.

Usually, when we don’t receive results from prayer, the issue is on our side: we want God’s results when we have not fulfilled His condition. His system is, that you fulfil his condition and receive the results.

May God help us and supply us with His grace, even as we rebel against the devil and his activities.
