Our Heavenly Daddy, we thank You for who You are and more for Your blood that is too powerful. We know that there is no mountain too tall, valley too deep, storm too strong, or weakness that Your blood cannot take care of.
That is why we come before You in prayer and surrender that You may take that which is of us and give us what is of You.
Malachi 3:1-2 “Behold, I send My messenger, And he will prepare the way before Me. And the Lord, whom you seek, will suddenly come to His temple, even the Messenger of the covenant, in whom you delight. Behold, He is coming,” Says the LORD of hosts. ” But who can endure the day of His coming? And who can stand when He appears? For He [is] like a refiner’s fire And like launderers’ soap.
Our Father, refine this house like silver and gold and cleanse us of all our impurity and corruption. Let the river of sanctification flow through us as individuals, as a nation, and as the church: as it is written, “A fountain shall be open to the house of David, and on that day, I, the Lord, will wipe away their impurities.”
Lord, You said You will take away our defilements; this is Your church, body, and house, calling on Your name to sanctify us.
1 Thessalonians 5:23-24 23 Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. 24 He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it.
Father, we come to You, the faithful one who has called us. We love You because You first loved us; we didn’t choose You, but You chose us; we are here at the foot of the cross, needing help as a church and body.
Lord, help us. Let the fountain that flows from Emmanuel’s veins deliver us from every corruption, and free our hearts from every form of defilement by the blood of Jesus that purges the hearts of men. Purify us and free Your body from the corruption of the flesh and body.
Psalm 40:1-2 I waited patiently for the LORD; He inclined to me, And heard my cry. 2 He also brought me up out of a horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my steps.
Won’t You save us and bring us out of this miry clay and pull us out of the pit of corruption, compromise, all forms of defilement, and the deception that the enemy has sold to Your body?
We are not the best, but we humble ourselves, desiring Your fire that purifies to fall again on Your body. Let the cleansing flow of Calvary wipe away every defilement that the enemy had sold to us so that the truth of Your Word will free our souls from compromise.
Lord, You don’t see words but see and hear our hearts; that is why we are here to receive grace and obtain mercy, mercy us. This is the greatest hour of need for Your body; cleanse us from the stain of this world.
Romans 7:24 O wretched man that I am! Who will deliver me from this body of death?
Lord, only You alone can free us; that is why we are here. Let the cleansing fountain flow again, beginning with the pulpit, teachers, pastors, etc, in our churches. Take away the tastes, appetites, and desire for the lower things of this life that have eaten the church.
You are coming for a church without spots; therefore, purify and sanctify us till we are worthy of Your call. Lord, our weakness, failures, and emptiness have drawn us to this grace; we prostrate ourselves before You, the builder of the church.
Oh Lord, help us live conscious of Your presence every moment as Your fear reigns over our earthly desires and choices. Let Your grace work for us and cause that Word planted in our souls to begin to manifest the fruit of the life of God in all areas of our lives and dominate our souls as we surrender to You, Precious Holy Spirit. Amen.
