Our Heavenly Father, it’s Your presence, power and Spirit that makes a difference in our lives. We bow, asking You to help us walk with the consciousness of Your presence, every moment of our lives.
Luke 1:35 And the angel answered and said to her, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Highest will overshadow you; therefore, also, that Holy One who is to be born will be called the Son of God.
Precious Holy Spirit, this we know: from Genesis to Revelation, it has always been Your presence upon a nation that makes a difference. We cannot innovate or come up with creative ways. You are the answer and formula to it all. For this reason, we seek Your ancient paths that we may walk in them.
We ask You, Precious Holy Spirit, to do whatever it takes to break through us; all our limitations and reasoning. We look up to You, Holy Spirit; all we want is to be who You want us to be. Don’t spare us.
Holy Spirit, it’s You who changes, regenerates and helps us. We open ourselves up to you, the best way we know how to. Do it again according to Your Word in Haggai 2:9.
Romans 5:20 Moreover the law entered that the offense might abound. But where sin abounded, grace abounded much more.
It is written that where sin abounded, the adaptive grace of the Holy Spirit abounded much more. Father, see the decadence, evil and level of wickedness in our generation today and help us out of the riches of your grace.
You said in Isaiah 59:19; When the enemy comes like a flood, the Spirit will lift up a standard. Holy Spirit, raise a standard in our individual lives, ministries and churches.
Romans 10:12 For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him.
Daddy, You are no respecter of persons, for You are rich unto all who call on Your Name. Lord, we are not asking for silver or gold but for an outpouring of Your Spirit. Cause an undeniable move of Your Spirit, that will draw billions of men to the feet of the Master.
Father, forgive our pride, arrogance, sin and everything we’ve entertained that has brought grief to the Holy Spirit. We renounce them and pray that we create an atmosphere for Your Spirit to do as He wills in us, our houses and this land.
Precious Holy Spirit, we look to You because it is only You we have. You are our Helper, God of Jeshurun, who rides the heavens to help us, come and help us. We are here as a church, opening ourselves up to You, don’t spare us. Amen.
