A CALL TO GIVE THE HOLY SPIRIT HIS RIGHTFUL PLACE

Jun 4, 2025

John 7:37 On the last day, that great [day] of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, “If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink.

Jesus looked at the emptiness of men who had gathered, and He cried out to all those who were thirsty to come for a drink that would turn into a river that satisfies; The river of the Holy Spirit.

The working, moving, manifestation, and flow of the Holy Spirit amidst people is the key to restoration, fulfilment, and living a life that brings honour to God. That’s why God is calling us to give the rightful room to the Holy Spirit in our lives.

Genesis 1:2
Amid the darkness, chaos, and confusion, it was He, the Holy Spirit that was moving. If we cannot give room to the Holy Spirit to move in our individual lives, homes, and churches, we will not be able to see the desired changes and transformation we want because He is the one who makes real every Word God has spoken.

2 Corinthians 1:20 For all the promises of God in him [are] yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us.

Much as Jesus paid it all through atoning work, for us to walk into realization of these realities we must allow the Holy Spirit to take these spiritual truth and blessings and make them our own.

He is the Holy Spirit that took the Word and brought it into the womb of Mary and made it flesh: He converts visions and dreams into something you can touch and feel.

So, until you and I allow Him to do as He wills and get rid of things that hinder His manifestation, we will feel very little of what Jesus did for us on Calvary.  That’s why God is calling us to walk away from things and behaviour that hinder His work in our lives.

Acts 1:4 And being assembled together with [them,] He commanded them not to depart from Jerusalem, but to wait for the Promise of the Father, “which,” [He said,] “you have heard from Me;

Jesus told the disciples to wait for the Holy Spirit because He knew that without Him, they would not do much or fulfil prophecy. They waited for Him and when He came upon them, something happened that took Jerusalem by storm, and the church was baptized.

Whatever you’re trusting the Lord for, the answer is the Holy Spirit, give Him room and His place.

Ephesians 5:18 And do not be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation; but be filled with the Spirit,

We fulfil prophesies and manifest destinies when we give the Holy Spirit His rightful place and He dresses us.

Ezekiel gives the best example, every measure presents a different level of manifestation. Therefore, make sure your desired manifestation is commensurate to the measure you are in.

If the measure you are in is not working, it’s time to reach out in prayer, humility, and brokenness, because there is more in Him.

The more our ‘I’ and ‘self’ disappear, the more of Him will manifest in our lives. He is the spirit of manifestation; therefore, let’s return to that place of sweet surrender and give Him room to be who He has to be in our lives.
